Just two days ago, i went to buy some burgers for dinner with my man. We went to McDonalds‘s restaurant near our house, ’cause we were sooo in the mood to get cheese burger at that time. I chosed Fillet-o-Fish burger while my man Cheese burger, plus fried potatoes of course. There was nothing special in our occasion actually, but there was an interesting moment that got me and my man into a discussion.

Here’s the thing..In the middle of we’re finishing our delicious burgers, there was Japanese people who sat right next to our table. They eat just like us, but more manner of course lol .. Not so long after that, they finished first ’cause maybe they’re in a rush, not looking for a chit-chat moment, they just wanted to eat and go. They stood up and .. they brought their foods junk including the food’s tray with them. Right that second I knew, I pinched my man lightly hehe, so he could see it too..

Those three Japanese people brought their foods junk but they kept looking for something they couldn’t find. They went near the washing hand room, near the toilet..untill they finally asked to the cashier lady. Aha ! They found it ! They found what they’ve been looking for…the Garbage Bin!

Yups, they went to the garbage bin to throw their food junks by themselves…

That’s where the topic start. In here in my country, we are so not used to throw the junks to the garbage bin ourselves whenever we’re on a fast food restaurant. Why ? Because there are the cleaning boy … embarassing huh ? Yes, I’m personally admit it, it’s embarassing ’cause we are so lazy and spoiled. That’s what me and my man would like to change from ourselves … We’d really like to follow those Japanese good habit whenever we will eat at the fast food restaurant next time. It’s really nice to see them like that, since there was not even one of my people did that…It’s really nice and we’re helping the cleaning boy too, plus…We could also learn to build a habit to always throw the garbage, big or small, into the recycle bin…Which is really nice for our environment, for our nature…

I already knew about the good habit since I was senior high school…It was a foreign people who did the same, when the first time I saw it…It’s always them who started the good habits for the environments…And it is ok for being a follower for such nice thing…right ?

No shame, no pride…It is ok to become a follower to start doing something nice for our environments…Start being a Green Act-er

Thank you Japanese people, thank you for those who did the same :)
